In order to inject water into the industrial boilers, the pump must generate enough head to overcome the steam pressure developed by the boiler itself. In addition, to increase the efficiency of the water-steam transformation process, it is necessary to introduce water at very high temperatures, well above 100 °C. 

As the case of this plant in a sugar factory in the PHILIPPINES where, in order to be able to safely submit to the strict operating conditions, a high pressure multistage pump has been studied and manufactured with a combination of tailor made materials both in terms of castings and gasket seals.

A few weeks after installation and start-up, an operational check was carried out by our qualified personnel to verify its good functioning. On that occasion our customer showed satisfaction with the reliability and efficiency of the Caprari pump also in comparison to machines from other manufacturers installed in the same plant.
